1- Do you wish to return an article for an exchange or refund?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
 The returned items must be in new condition, unworn, must not have been washed and must be in their original packaging. The items must be returned to the address below. Returns are free.

 

You do not need a returns number to request a return.

 

You have two options:

 

1/ You can access your order history via your account and then select the relevant order. Then select the item(s) concerned and click on 'Generate a return slip'.

 

2/ You can also send the items directly back to us along with the following information:

Refunds:

All refunds will be automatically and directly credited to the bank card or Paypal account used for the transaction within a maximum of 48 hours. In the event that we are unable to supply you with a suitable replacement product, we will contact you by email or by telephone.

If the return is due to an error on our behalf or a fault with one of our products, we will also reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.

2- What is the delivery time?

If you place your order before 1 pm, your order will be shipped on the same day. We do our best to deliver within 3 and 5 days but this time may vary slightly.

3- How can I benefit from free shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders of €90 or above (incl. VAT). You may also pay in 2 interest-free instalments (for orders over €80) or in 3 interest-free instalments (for orders over €120).

4- How can I contact Eblast?

5- If you have forgotten your password;

simply log in to your account and click on "Forgotten your password?". We will send you an e-mail with your new password.

6- Do you require gift wrapping?

Once you have confirmed your order, you will be able to tick the"gift wrap" box. If you tick this box, all of your items will be individually gift wrapped: €2.30 (incl. VAT) per order, regardless of the number of items in your order. You may request that all of your items be wrapped together in the same package (as long as this is feasible). In this case, simply add a comment to your order.

7- Is the item you are looking for not on the website?

Do not hesitate to send us an email at: infos@eblastshop.fr, specifying the items that you are looking for. We will do our best to satisfy your request.

8- Are you having difficulty ordering an item?

When items are out of stock, you will not be able to order them. You will usually have to wait fifteen days before they are available again. You may choose to be automatically alerted by email when the unavailable item is back in stock.

9- How much does shipping cost?

10- At what temperature should I wash the clothes I ordered from the website?

Clothing ordered from Eblastshop should be machine washed at 30°C. We recommend that you turn the item inside out before putting it into machine. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron the printed part of the garment.

11- Is my account immediately debited when I pay by bank card?

When you order from Eblastshop and choose to pay by bank card, your card will only be debited upon delivery in order to ensure maximum transparency in the processing of your order.

12- How do I use my loyalty points?

 To thank you for your loyalty, 5% of the total of each of your orders will be added to your loyalty account. This amount will then be automatically deducted from your next order.

13- Are the items packed separately?

All items are stored, folded, wrapped in plastic bags and kept in clean and hygienic conditions.  All items are then sent in suitable packaging to ensure that your order is transported in the best possible conditions.
